Be well with Charlita: Yoga & Fitness is a central Pennsylvania wellness family specializing in fitness and yoga in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. We are dedicated to helping one another find balance and wellness in our lives through a variety of classes, private and small-group sessions, workshops, special events, and wellness retreats that support the journey of physical and mental well-being. Led by Charla Lorenzen, an experienced ACE-certified fitness & yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), we are united by a passion for pursuing wellness in community with like-minded others.

RETREATS

My retreats are for physically and mentally healthy adults of any age 21+ and gender who have already started a yoga and/or fitness journey, who want to engage more with like-minded people on the same path to level up their physical fitness and mental well-being, who seek guidance in both theory and application, and who seek to step far away from their everyday life to then come back to it with a fresh & appreciative perspective.

With support before, during, and after the retreat, you will experience soul-shifting connections with yourself and others, as well as a change of scenery and perspective as you engage as much or little as you would like in daily yoga and fitness offerings, workshops, and excursions in a beautiful setting, meant to broaden your horizons in life-changing & transformative ways.
